A would-be robber demanded that the victim empty his pockets, but he refused, prompting the suspect to blast him in the leg.

He was taken to Maimonides Medical Center in stable condition.

Nearly two hours earlier on Parsons Boulevard near 65th Avenue in Kew Gardens Hills, a 30-year-old woman was fighting with her boyfriend when her friend came out to intervene and accidentally shot her in the ankle, cops said.

The bullet was meant for the victim’s beau, according to cops.

The victim was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens in stable condition and her friend, a woman, fled, cops said.
